I’m not a clinician. I’m someone who lived the experience — misdiagnosis, years of labels, and extended seasons of psychosis and catatonia — followed by full recovery.

Now I’m building what I wish existed: language, structure, and real-world frameworks that help people reclaim identity, advocate for themselves, and lead with clarity under pressure. I also work to bridge people back to the systems meant to serve them — breaking barriers, bringing down walls, and helping shape the next generation of methodologies that honor both human experience and structural truth.
